This is the before picture. Jo gets her hair done this morning, so I'll take a pic either this afternoon or tomorrow depending on how things go. Yesterday I was in Salem to get my car serviced and picked her up 2 sweaters. One black and one a black/white tweed one that is heavier. Why don't retailers understand that not everyone is a teenager that wants their belly to show or their pants around their knees!!! I want pants that fit my body, I'm not an eighty pound 14 yr old without bulges and curves.
It is getting very hard to find places that actually carry adult clothes. If you find a place let me know. Anyway, off the soapbox. I'm so busy all the time that I'm actually looking forward tomorrow to having time to mop my kitchen floor! This is just so weird. My days are full from 4:30 am till I drop in bed around 9-9:30 pm. I always figured retired meant I could actually keep my house clean and have time to reorganize my office. That was so unrealistic, but I didn't know it at the time. Well, it's time for breakfast, then off to Mom's to gather info for a questionnaire Clare Bridge needs and the totes for the shed and for Jo. This morning I am still at 191.5 so that is great considering I ate out 2 meals a day for 2 days in a row. This may come back to bite me later, but so far so good. Next week I have 2 doc appts. Tues is Dr Grinich, my eye doc and Wed is Dr Van Patten about my wrist that still hurts like crazy every time I move it. Tues after appt with Dr G, I'll go see Jo and pick up Mom so we can do her shopping and after lunch we'll head back to Willamina. Linda is getting ready to go to Hawaii for the whole month of November. It would take me a long time to pack for something like that. Not that I have that many clothes, but trying to decide what to take, what I really didn't need, etc. When we went back to Virginia in 2010 I did fine with only one suitcase and we were gone almost a month. I'm sure I could do that again...well, pretty sure anyway.
