Sep 28 -Shirley & Carrie Birthday

It's a COOOL morning! It was only 67 in the house when we got up at 4:30 and it hasn't warmed up yet. It's suppose to get up to 79 or 80 today, so we are still not ready to turn the furnace on yet. It won't be long if this keeps up because Non doesn't do well if it is cool. It affects his back. Yesterday I took Shirley her birthday card and she fixed a terrific salad for lunch and we visited till 3pm and Stan came home. I headed for the Farmers Market in Newberg and picked up onions and cantaloupe, corn, raspberries and HUGE blackberries. Home to fix Non an onion sandwich to tide him over till I could get the burgers fixed. Still haven't heard from the doc regarding results of the biopsy I did 3 wks ago. We are playing phone tag. Today I still need to walk, scrub bathrooms, vacuum and iron, but here I sit going over my old blogs and trying to warm up enough to move. Two cups of coffee and I'm still not warm. For someone who rarely if ever gets cold, this is a very weird morning!! Maybe my walk will warm me up. I've got to try something.
